Applicants may seek initial support by completing the basic transparency steps. The starter target is a small, fast, easy-to-verify funding amount such as $500, with larger support possible as donors and review capacity grow.

- Publish quiz results or provide a public link.
- Upload or link to Purple Dot proof.
- Complete use-of-funds statement.
- Agree to fact-check and follow-up reporting.
