The project uses plain-language pages, questionnaires, public dashboards, and candidate support tools so visitors can move from curiosity to participation. Funding questions depend on jurisdiction, donor rules, payment processor requirements, and available resources. Applicants should not assume that applying, pledging, or taking the quiz guarantees funding.
